KegelPRO is designed to be private. The app requires no account, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. Your training history, workout ratings, check-ins, and the AI coach model live only on your device. The iOS app sends anonymous usage statistics (which screens and features get used) to our own server so we can improve the app; you can turn this off in Settings, and it never includes your answers, ratings, or anything you type.
Your workout history, streaks, stamina check-ins, reminder settings, and the adaptive AI coach model are stored locally on your device (iPhone or Android). Deleting the app deletes this data. The AI coach's machine learning runs entirely on your device — nothing is transmitted.
To understand where people get stuck and which features are used, the iOS app records small, anonymous events — for example "onboarding step 3 viewed", "level 1 finished", or "paywall shown" — and sends them to a server we operate. Each event carries an event name, a timestamp, small numbers such as a level number, and general device information (app version, iOS version, device model, country). Events are tied to the same random identifier used for purchases (see below) so we can count unique users; they are never tied to your name, email, or identity, and they never contain your onboarding answers, workout ratings, check-ins, reminder text, or coach conversations. We do not use this data for advertising or tracking across other companies' apps, and we do not share it with data brokers. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → About → "Share anonymous usage data". Events are kept for up to 400 days.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on the platform. To manage subscription entitlements (for example, to restore your purchase), we use RevenueCat as a service provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier and purchase history from Apple or Google so we can validate purchases and unlock Pro. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or identity. Purchase data is encrypted in transit. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.
If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. The reminder text you write never leaves your phone.
There is no account to delete. On-device training data is removed when you uninstall the app. To request deletion of purchase-related records held by RevenueCat or of anonymous usage events tied to your device, email angel@goswiftmedia.com from the store account you used to subscribe. We will delete that customer record. Store billing history (Apple or Google) remains with the store and is managed in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
KegelPRO is rated 18+ and is not directed at children.
If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and the effective date above before those changes take effect.
